x402 v2: a base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header - sign the exact
EIP-3009 authorization, resend it in PAYMENT-SIGNATURE.
MPP: a WWW-Authenticate: Payment challenge - any MPP client pays it and
resends the credential in Authorization: Payment. Either way the resource is verified,
settled, and the result comes back in the same response with a receipt header.
